1. Agreement

By creating an account or using DoppleDesk (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you’re using DoppleDesk on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Your account & workspace

You’re responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. Workspace owners are responsible for the agents they invite and for the content their team handles inside DoppleDesk.

3. Plans, limits & payments

The Base tier is free and includes up to 20 agents and 50 active tickets per workspace. Plus and Pro tiers expand those limits and unlock additional templates and portals. You can change or cancel a paid plan at any time from Settings → Billing.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles payment, billing, tax, invoicing, and refund requests. By purchasing a paid plan you also agree to Paddle’s Buyer Terms. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on paid plans; see our Refund Policy for details and how to request a refund.

4. Acceptable use

DoppleDesk exists to help small teams support real people. You agree not to use the Service for activity that is unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, or that infringes on others’ rights. This includes (without limitation) harassment, hate speech, content that exploits or endangers minors, incitement of violence, sale of illicit goods, or any activity that violates internationally recognized human rights. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate workspaces that breach this section.

5. Your content

Tickets, comments, templates, and attachments created in your workspace belong to your workspace owner. You grant DoppleDesk a limited license to host, store, and process that content solely to operate the Service for you.

6. Service availability

We work hard to keep DoppleDesk reliable, but the Service is provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DoppleDesk is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Termination

You can delete your account and workspace at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that pose a risk to other users or the Service.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
