We want you to feel good about DoppleDesk. If you’re not happy with a paid plan for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase or renewal date. This applies to first-time purchases and to recurring subscription renewals alike.
How to request a refund
Our payments are handled by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. The fastest way to request a refund is to visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you bought with. You can also email us at support@doppledesk.com or use the support form, and we’ll help you through it.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method by Paddle and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
After a refund
When a refund is issued, the related paid plan is cancelled and your workspace returns to the free Base tier. Your tickets, templates, and other workspace content stay in place, but any items above the free tier limits will need to be trimmed down (we’ll walk you through it on the site).
