Are you going to charge us in the future?+

Can volunteers respond from their phones?+
Yes! The entire agent workspace is mobile-friendly. There's no app to install; the website works on any phone browser.
Do volunteers need to create accounts to submit a request through our portal?+
Nope! Anyone with the portal link can submit. Only the volunteer coordinators acting as agents sign in.
What if a coordinator leaves?+
Coordinators can leave the workspace or be removed by the workspace owner. Tickets they were working on will stay in the queue. The free plan covers up to 20 active agents at any time.
