Does DoppleDesk process donations or payments?+

No. DoppleDesk is a ticket queue, not a payment processor or donor CRM. It captures the request, the conversation, and the follow-up. Keep your existing giving platform for actual transactions.

Can our finance and development teams get a clean export?+
