Is it really free for non-profits?+

Yes! In fact, the free plan is free for everyone, non-profit or otherwise. Up to 20 agents and 50 active tickets, no card required. We don't ask for proof of non-profit status because we don't need to: the price for the generous free tier is $0.

Are you going to charge us in the future?+

Only if you choose to upgrade. DoppleDesk is designed to be entirely usable on the free tier for smaller organizations, with very reasonably priced upgrade tiers available if you need some extra capacity.

Can volunteers be agents without checking their personal email constantly?+

Yes. Agents sign in once and use the in-app notification bell to see assignments, mentions, and updates. No inbox flood.

What happens when we hit 50 active tickets?+

You choose: pause new submissions, auto-clear out older closed ones, or just get notified to clear things out yourself. We never silently drop tickets. If you regularly need more headroom, Plus ($29/mo) takes you to 100 active tickets and 35 agents.

Can we export ticket data for grant reporting?+

Anytime. CSV export is included on every plan, and you can opt into a daily or weekly backup email that automatically sends a CSV of every cleared ticket to the workspace owner.
