No. Anyone with the portal link can submit. Only coordinators acting as agents sign in.
Can we assign different requests to different team members?+
Yes. Each ticket can be assigned, and you can use separate templates so that it's easy to only gather the relevant information in your ticket. Event proposals and AV requests stay separate.
Can we export an event log for our board or advisor?+
Yes. CSV export is included on every plan, and you can turn on a daily or weekly backup email that delivers a CSV of every cleared ticket automatically.
